Richard Koh is the Chief Technology Officer of Microsoft Singapore. In this role, he is responsible for engaging with key executive leaders across government, industry, and academia, bringing in the macro technology landscape and helping customers leverage technology innovations for their digital transformation. His focus areas include guiding technology policies, standards, legal and regulatory matters, security, privacy, and compliance decisions.

Siew Choo Soh

Managing Director & Group Head of Consumer Banking and Big Data | AI Technology DBS Bank

Siew Choo Soh joined DBS in late 2014 to drive the enterprise-wide technology solutions for Core Banking, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Audit. She led a major transformation in the technology talent pool and DBS's architecture, including the insourcing of technology resources, re-architecture of major platforms towards cloud-native architecture and Agile as a business practice for large scale programmes. In 2017, she led the ANZ merger integration across five markets into DBS and created the Enterprise Data Platform to transform DBS into a data-driven company.

In 2018, Siew Choo was appointed as the Head of Consumer Banking and Big Data Analytics Technology. In this role, she is responsible for driving the Digital Bank transformation, wealth management priorities, including Robo-advisory, and the ecosystem's build-out via Open API across multiple countries. In addition, she is also responsible for driving the reorganisation of the technology and business groups for consumer banking, enterprise core banking and enterprise data into a platform model, adopting truly Agile ways of working and cloud-native architecture.

Prior to joining DBS Bank, Siew Choo spent over 19 years at JPMorgan playing various senior technology leadership roles based in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. During this period, she led many multi-year technology build-outs to support JPMorgan's aggressive business expansion for Equities and Transaction Banking across Asia.

Santhosh Viswanathan

Managing Director – Asia Pacific & Japan Intel Corporation

Santhosh Viswanathan is Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Communications Group, and Managing Director – Asia Pacific & Japan for Intel Corporation. He is responsible for Intel's sales, marketing and communications presence across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and regional functions across the Asia Pacific and Japan.

Santhosh is a proven global leader who has lived and worked across five countries and several Intel locations since joining Intel in 2003. His prior role was as Global Director of Operations for the Regional Sales Group, managing sales operations, strategy & planning for the global sales force. He was a key member of Intel's transformation effort in planning and executing their most significant sales and marketing transformation in Intel's history. He was also the Chief of Staff & Technical Assistant for the General Manager - Asia Pacific & Japan, managing Asia's strategy and execution from 2015 to 2016. From 2010 to early 2014, Santhosh led Intel Indonesia as the Country Manager. His previous roles include leading distribution sales for India and South Asia and sales roles across the region with customer exposure across Asia. Prior to Intel, he has worked in sales and business development roles with Wipro in India. Santhosh has an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Dr C Mohan

Shaw Visiting Professor National University of Singapore (NUS)

Mohan is currently the Shaw Visiting Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Tsinghua University in China, a Consultant to Microsoft's Data Team, and an Advisor of the Kerala Blockchain Academy (KBA) and the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA) in India.

Mohan retired in June 2020 from being an IBM Fellow at the IBM Almaden Research Centre in Silicon Valley. He was an IBM researcher for more than 38 years in the database, Blockchain and related areas, and has impacted numerous IBM and non-IBM products, the research and academic communities, and standards, especially with his invention of the well-known ARIES family of database locking and recovery algorithms, and the Presumed Abort distributed commit protocol.

This IBM (1997), Association for Computing Machinery (2002) and IEEE (2002) Fellow has also served as IBM India's Chief Scientist (2006 to 2009). Mohan was also elected to the US and Indian National Academies of Engineering in 2009 and named an IBM Master Inventor in 1997.

Dione Song is a thought leader in the Direct-to-Consumer and e-commerce space. Andrew Vranjes

Andrew Vranjes is Head of Startup Ecosystem, ASEAN at Amazon Web Services. Based in Singapore, Andrew leads a team who support startups, venture capital and accelerators across Southeast Asia. King Wang Poon

Amrish Nair

Born and raised in Singapore, Amrish Nair received his B.Eng. and M.Eng. from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). His graduate studies research led him to numerous international publications and a US Patent on ECG signal analysis and monitoring.

His research collaboration with TTSH cardiologist, Dr David and NTU supervisor Assoc Prof Pina Marziliano led him to create the spin-off Biorithm, a MedTech startup, where he has been CEO since 2015. Having successfully received research grants and participated in international accelerators, Biorithm is also gaining traction in the area of remote monitoring.

Gaurav Keerthi

Sumukh Avadhani

Sumukh has vast industry experience as a Machine Learning specialist with Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Image Processing expertise. He has most recently worked at Google in the anti-abuse Engineering team, fighting spam and fraud across multiple Google products. Past stints include roles such as Manager of Infrastructure and Analytics at Kaybus (now Prysm). He was also involved in large-scale stream data processing, infrastructure deployment, and security. At Toshiba, he worked in a team focused on pedestrian detection for autonomous car platform OEMs. Before that, at Samsung, he was part of the Advanced Multimedia Team, where Machine Learning and image processing algorithms were used to transform images into videos mimicking human-style paint rendering. Sumukh graduated from King's College London with a Masters in Signal Processing.
